We collect the following information from you as a customer: name, telephone number, e-mail and address if the booking is to be invoiced. We may also collect information about any allergies / special diet.
We do this so that you can have the best possible experience when you visit us.
You provide the information to us yourself when you make a reservation via our website, via email or telephone contact. When you email us, we will save the conversation to help you in the best possible way in this and possibly later bookings or complaints.
If you have not objected to direct marketing in writing, we may also use email addresses to provide various offers of services from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, for example through a link in a newsletter.
The information is only collected with your consent. The information is stored and processed securely. We never sell, share, or reproduce your personal information, except as set forth above or for the purpose of complying with a legal obligation under law or court order.
